Motor Claims - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
From February 2010 we are changing the way motor accident claims will be dealt with. Currently, clients have to report a claim to their insurance company (either direct or via ourselves as the broker) and will often have to involve an Uninsured Loss Recovery company if it is a non-fault claim for their excess and care hire costs.
We are pleased to announce we will be offering a brand new way of dealing with your claims, in association with Auto Claims (UK) Ltd which we believe will:
- Shorten the time it takes for a claim to be settled
- Negate the need to involve your insurer in the process
- Elevate your insurance through Country Life to one of the best services available
For clients opting for the Privilege Club membership at £25.20 you will be provided with a disposable camera, claim form and pen which will make it easier to gather important information as soon as possible which in turn reduces the chance of contrasting stories later on.
Once you have notified Country Life of an incident, Auto Claim will take over and manage the claim from start to finish be it either fault or non-fault. You insurer will be notified and then told of the amounts and outcome.
The cost of this improved service will remain the same at present because at Country Life we believe customer service is one of our strength's.
